- My Cozy Baby Nest gift cards are for online use only.
- They cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
- Any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Promo codes and discounts cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax in states where we have a physical presence or meet tax nexus requirements, in compliance with local laws.
Gift Receipts
All our invoices serve as gift receipts without price details, ensuring that your recipient won’t see the purchase amount.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Personalized orders: can be canceled within 3 days of ordering.
- Other orders: once fulfillment has started, we can no longer modify the order.
- If you need to update or cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mycozybabynest.com.
Oversized & Heavy Item Shipping
- Additional fees may apply based on product weight and size.
- Standard delivery: doorstep drop-off.
- White Glove service (if specified): delivery to your preferred room.
Shipping Costs within the United States
- Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
- The $99 threshold must be met after discounts and before taxes.
- Oversized and heavy items may incur additional charges, which will be noted at checkout.
- Delivery times vary depending on the product and brand.
