At My Cozy Baby Nest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-sale items in unused condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
- Gear items such as strollers and car seats must be returned in original, intact packaging.
- Final Sale Items: Sale items and personal care products are non-refundable.
- Car Seats: For safety reasons, car seats cannot be returned unless unused and in unopened original packaging.
- Any returns without a packing slip will be accepted at our discretion. If you need a new packing slip, please contact us at contact@mycozybabynest.com.

Damages & Shipping Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
For a faster exchange, return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
- Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
